Description
A thirteen-page set on eating habits. It covers food helping us grow, healthy eating, why junk food is a poor choice, drinking plenty of water, and fruits and vegetables as a source of vitamins.
The practice is varied: ticking healthy food from pictures, a matching column pairing milk, carrot, rice and fish to energy, vitamins and body-building, marking each food H for healthy or J for junk, one-word answers naming the food that gives energy, builds the body and protects from disease, and an odd-one-out picture round.
This version carries the questions only, with no answer key printed, so it can be handed out as a test or timed practice.
