Refund and Cancellation Policy

Everything sold by Growing Minds Academy is a digital PDF worksheet. Nothing is posted, so nothing can be sent back. This page explains exactly when money comes back to you and when it does not.

There are no returns

A worksheet is delivered the second your payment clears. Once the file has reached you, it cannot be returned or taken back, so we do not offer returns or exchanges on any worksheet. Please use the free sample pages on each product page to check the class, the subject and the standard of the questions before you buy.

When we refund in full

A refund is not the same as a return. If the money went wrong, we put it right:

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• Money left your account but no order was created and no file was delivered.
• The file will not open, is damaged, or is not the worksheet described on the product page, and we cannot fix it by resending.
• You were charged for something you never ordered.

When we do not refund

• The worksheet downloaded correctly and you changed your mind.
• You bought the wrong class, subject or version by mistake and the file has already been delivered. Tell us anyway, because we will usually help even though we are not obliged to.
• The chapter does not match your school. Boards and schools differ, which is why sample pages are published on every product.
• You could not find the file on your phone. That is a delivery question, not a refund one, and we will stay on the phone with you until it opens. See our Delivery Policy.

Cancelling an order

Delivery is instant, so an order cannot be cancelled once the payment is complete. If a payment is still pending or has failed, no order exists and nothing has been charged.

Failed payments

If a payment fails but money leaves your account, that is an automatic reversal by your bank and it normally returns within five to seven working days. Nothing is needed from your side. Tell us anyway and we will track it with Razorpay.

How to ask

Call or WhatsApp 90516 09011, or email officialgrowingmindsacademy@gmail.com, within seven days of the order. Include the order number and the mobile number you paid with.

How long it takes

We reply within one working day. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay and reaches you in five to seven working days. No fee is deducted.
