Growing Minds Academy by Runa Roy is a sole proprietorship based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. We write and sell chapter-wise practice worksheets as digital PDF files. You can reach us on 90516 09011 or 97483 42010, or at officialgrowingmindsacademy@gmail.com.
Every product on this site is a digital PDF worksheet. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page states the class, the subject, the number of pages, the number of questions and whether the answer key is included. Prices depend on the number of pages and on whether the answer key is included, and are shown in Indian rupees. The price on the product page is the final price. Nothing is added at checkout, and no delivery charge applies because nothing is shipped.
You add worksheets to the cart and pay once for everything in it. We ask only for your name, mobile number and email address, because there is nothing to deliver to a postal address. Please check your email address carefully at checkout, as your order confirmation and receipt are sent there.
We are not registered under GST at present, so no GST is charged on your order and no GST invoice is issued. You receive a plain receipt for every purchase.
Payments are handled by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details at any point. An order is confirmed only once Razorpay confirms the payment to us.
Your worksheets begin downloading automatically as soon as the payment clears. If you bought more than one, they arrive together as a single ZIP file. A copy of the download links is also emailed to you. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.
Your download links stay active for 7 days from the moment your payment clears. Within those 7 days you may download the file as many times as you need. After 7 days the links stop working, so please save the PDF to your phone or computer as soon as you get it.
If your link has run out, or the email never arrived, message or call us on 90516 09011 or 97483 42010 with the email address you paid from and we will send it again the same day.
When you buy a worksheet you get a licence to use it for the children in your own family. You may print it as many times as you need for that purpose.
You may not resell it, upload it to any website or file-sharing service, forward it to a group, or print copies for a tuition batch, a school class or any other set of children outside your family. If you teach a batch and want to use our worksheets, write to us and we will arrange a tutor licence.
The worksheets, their questions, their answer keys and the design of this site remain the property of Growing Minds Academy by Runa Roy.
Every worksheet is written by a practising teacher and checked before it goes up. Syllabuses differ between boards and schools, so a chapter may not match your school exactly. Sample pages are shown on each product page so you can judge the standard before buying.
We are responsible for delivering the file you paid for and for it being what the product page said it was. We are not responsible for exam results, marks, or decisions taken on the basis of the worksheets.
We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version shown here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
