Description
A three-page set on singular and plural number. It states the rule first, that a singular noun names one person, place, animal or thing and a plural names more than one, with examples like boy and boys, book and books, cat and cats.
The child then supplies the right form inside sentences using bird, apple, bag, flower, fish, tree, pencil and watch, and marks whether an underlined noun is singular or plural, which also brings in trickier plurals such as babies and watches.
This version carries the questions only, with no answer key printed, so it can be handed out as a test or timed practice.
