Description
An eight-page set on articles. It opens with the rule stated plainly, that a comes before a singular noun starting with a consonant sound, an before a vowel sound, and the before a specific noun, then puts that rule to work in sentences about an elephant, an umbrella, an honest boy, the sun, the Ganga and the Taj Mahal.
The sheet mixes fill in the blanks with multiple choice pairs where the child must pick both articles in a sentence at once, which is where most children at this level slip.
This version carries the questions only, with no answer key printed, so it can be handed out as a test or timed practice.
