Description
A six-page set on the poem Wind on the Hill, marked section by section. The first ten marks are word meanings from the poem, covering wind, hill, fast, blow, found, string, kite, flying, stopped and holding.
Five marks go to opposite words, pairing comes with goes, fast with slow, stopped with started and nobody with everybody. The last section asks the child to make their own sentences using wind, kite and hill, so they use the vocabulary rather than only defining it.
Every page carries its own answer key, so a parent can correct the whole sheet in a few minutes.
