Description
A five-page set of computational thinking story sums, where the child must work out which operation to use and often needs more than one step. The situations include a shop selling balloons in the morning and again in the afternoon, a library that buys new books and later loses some, and a school where students travel by bus and car while the rest walk.
Later problems mix money and division, such as a fruit seller splitting apples between baskets before selling some, and a child spending on a dress and a gift before being given more.
This version carries the questions only, with no answer key printed, so it can be handed out as a test or timed practice.
