Description
An eight-page set on adjectives, built almost entirely on spotting them inside sentences. The child underlines the describing word in lines about a red apple, a tasty cake, a tall tree, a new school bag, a beautiful rainbow, a huge elephant and a pretty dress.
Later pages move to circling adjectives where more than one appears in a sentence, using examples like five cute kittens, the blue sky and sweet food, which forces the child to look at every word rather than the first one that fits.
This version carries the questions only, with no answer key printed, so it can be handed out as a test or timed practice.
