A thirteen-page set on naming words, or nouns, sorted into four groups: person, place, animal and thing. The child reads a word bank holding teacher, nurse, father, barber, hospital, restaurant, police station, America, cow, ladybug, pencil, computer, eyeglasses and toothbrush, and writes each one under the right heading.
A picture round follows where every image has to be marked as a person, place, animal or thing, so the child applies the same sorting rule to images rather than only to words.
